How do I use the password recovery service?
In order to retrieve your lost password the next steps are involved:
Send your password-protected document or file by email to recovery@pwfinder.com.
Click on this email address to activate your email program and attach the file for which you want the password to be recovered.
If you have any indications for the password (for example length of the password, used characters, language)
then you can mention them in the email, this can speed up recovery time.
Within 2 days you receive an email with the results of our recovery attempt, when we are successful you will receive
a visual proof of the recovery, a partly screen shot of the recovered document.
If we are not able to recover the password your document will be deleted from our server.
In case of a successful password recovery, you will also receive an email from
PayPal.
In this email you can find directions how to pay our fee by your PayPal account or by credit card. If you are not familiar with
PayPal, we encourage you to visit their site and sign in.
When we receive your payment we will send you the password by email.
After that, the document and password will be deleted from our server.

How do I use the guaranteed decryption service?
If our standard password recovery methods did not succeed or if you are in a hurry to gain access to your Word or Excel document,
ask for decryption:
Send your password-protected Word or Excel document by email to recovery@pwfinder.com
and mention that you want your file to be decrypted.
Make a payment of €39.00 by PayPal or credit card.
A link for the payment method is provided in the confirmation email we send you.
When we receive your payment we will start the decryption on our servers and within 2 days (average 1 days) we will
send you the decrypted file by email. After that, the document will be deleted from our server.
